operational EFFICIENCY ASSESSMENT

Transform operational chaos into clarity with an Operational Efficiency & AI Assessment.

Assessment investments begin at $1,495 and may vary based on organizational complexity.

A structured review of systems, workflows, and execution gaps holding your team back.

  • Identify where time, money, and effort leak across your business

  • Expose bottlenecks slowing delivery and decision making

  • Get a clear efficiency roadmap tied to revenue impact

Ideal for founders, CEOs, and operators who want fewer surprises and cleaner execution, not startups or solo operators

What you’ll leave with

1-page clarity map of current operational reality, 3–5 high-impact fixes, and a prioritized 90-day action sequence you can execute with or without us.

  • No generic audits or templated “playbooks”
  • Focused on throughput, margin, and management load
  • Direct feedback you can share with your leadership team

Typical clients find 5–15 hours of wasted time per leader per week and unlock 10–30% additional capacity from existing headcount.

THE REAL COST OF “MAKING IT WORK”

Your team is busy. But is the business actually efficient?

Most growing companies run on heroics, Slack threads, and leaders filling the gaps. It works—until growth stalls, margins thin, or a key person burns out.

The problem usually isn’t effort. It’s unseen friction: unclear ownership, inconsistent handoffs, decisions trapped at the top, and work that doesn’t match the systems on paper.

This assessment gives you a neutral, data-backed view of how your business actually runs day to day—so you can make cleaner decisions about people, process, and tools.

SIGNS IT’S TIME FOR A DIAGNOSTIC

  • Leadership spends more time firefighting than improving the business
  • Revenue is growing, but profit and cash are inconsistent
  • Handoffs between sales, delivery, and finance are fragile or manual
  • Key processes live in people’s heads instead of one clear place
  • You’ve added tools and headcount, but day-to-day still feels harder than it should

If 2 or more of these are true, you don’t need another tool—you need a clear picture of your operating system.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Best suited for growing organizations with operational complexity, multiple team members, and established business processes.

The assessment is designed for teams that are big enough to feel complexity, but small enough to move quickly on what we find.

Advisor working with leadership team on operational clarity

WHO IS BEHIND THIS ASSESSMENT?

Operators first, consultants second.

We’ve led and advised operations for founder-led companies across software, services, and professional firms—typically between $1M and $30M in revenue—where every hire and process change matters.

  • Hundreds of hours in leadership and ops reviews across growth-stage teams
  • Background in systems thinking, organizational design, and workflow tooling
  • Deep familiarity with the realities of owner-led companies: cash, capacity, and change fatigue

Our goal is simple: give your leadership team the clarity and operating confidence we wish we’d had earlier in our own journeys.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

If you don’t see your question here, include it in the form above and we’ll address it directly when we reach out.

Who needs to be in the assessment session?

We recommend 2–6 people: usually the founder/CEO plus the leaders responsible for sales/revenue, delivery/operations, and finance or HR. If you have a dedicated operator (COO/Director of Ops), they should be there as well. The goal is to have the people who feel the friction and own the decisions in the room together.

What should we prepare beforehand?

Very little. After you book, we’ll send a short survey to each attending leader. We may also ask for a small set of documents (org chart, sample scorecards, a process map if you have one). If those don’t exist yet, that’s okay—the assessment is often the moment they get defined properly.

Is this a good fit if we’re already using EOS, OKRs, or another framework?

Yes. We’re framework-agnostic. Many of our clients run EOS, OKRs, V2MOM, or custom systems. The assessment looks at how work actually flows and where execution breaks down—not whether you’re following a specific methodology correctly.

Do you implement the recommendations for us?

Implementation is optional and separate. Some teams use the roadmap internally, others ask us to help with specific pieces (e.g., redesigning handoffs, reworking scorecards, or aligning structure to strategy). We’ll discuss options at the end of the assessment if it makes sense.

What if we don’t move forward after the assessment?

That’s fine. You’ll still leave with a clear view of your current operating system, the key constraints we’ve identified, and a practical 90-day plan. There’s no obligation to engage in further work.

How soon can we schedule?

Availability varies, but most teams are scheduled within 1–2 weeks. If you have a specific deadline (board meeting, planning session, or major initiative), mention it in the form and we’ll prioritize accordingly where possible.

When is payment required?

Payment is only required after your application has been reviewed and approved. If we don't believe the assessment is likely to create meaningful value for your organization, we'll let you know before any payment is requested.
